Come learn about secondary transition services available to students with special needs and their families during high school and in to adult life.  Agencies representing all areas of secondary transition will be in attendance, including independent living, employment, training, and recreation and leisure. 

WHO CAN ATTEND: Parents, family members, guardians, students, teachers, and community members of any school district

Dr. Paula Kluth is a consultant, author, advocate, and independent scholar who works with teachers and families to provide inclusive opportunities for students with disabilities and to create more responsive and engaging schooling experiences for all learners. Paula is a former special educator who has served as a classroom teacher and inclusion facilitator. Her professional interests include differentiating instruction and inclusive schooling.

HOIDSA is a collaborator for this conference. As a family member of HOIDSA, your registration fee will be reimbursed. Submit a copy of your registration to the organization and a check will be mailed after the conference.
