Kick Off a Healthy New Year Open HouseJanuary 20th, 2020 at 6:00pm

It is hard to believe that a new year is just around the corner! As 2019 draws to a close, we may be thinking about making resolutions to make healthier choices in 2020.

Individuals with Down syndrome and their families and caregivers are invited to an open house at the Adult Down Syndrome Center to complete activities related to health promotion, learn tips for making healthy choices in 2020 (and beyond!), and mingle with other attendees and ADSC staff. The event will be held on Monday, January 20 from 6:00-7:30pm.

Registration is required - space is limited!

There is no fee to attend.
